Letters. Emailing the club means we process what you send — a name, an email address, the message — solely to answer you. Records. The hosting provider keeps routine technical logs for security. The club sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no social plug-ins; the printable tickets download without registration.
Sharing. Personal information is never sold, rented or traded, and is disclosed only where law requires it or to deliver your email.
Your rights. Access, correction and deletion requests are handled by email. California residents: under the CCPA you may request disclosure and deletion of collected personal information; the club does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. Georgia residents: the same requests are honored for you.
Children. The club addresses a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
